Answer:

The filament of electric bulb is highly resistive which means current passes through it very slowly.

so, slow current produce heat in it which makes it hot red and finally lead to glowing of filament.

The tungsten wire filament glows due to the higt electric current flow and does not heat up more due to the Argon or other gas filled inside.
