A rising thought or emerging idea has not been tried more than once.
Logical or scientific agreement is extremely a misnomer. The term consensus or accord, is "a general understanding: a thought that is shared by every one of the general population in a gathering." However, logical agreement does exclude the thoughts and feelings of each researcher. Or maybe, logical agreement is characterized freely as a position held by most researchers at the time on a specific issue where as a developing thought has been analyzed by countless scientists.
