How does an infection spread? How does your body fight off a virus? Why don't antibiotics work to fight off viruses?

1. Infection can spread through contacts....it might be direct/indirect or from air/water etc...

2. By creating a strong immunity system...

3. Antibiotics don't work on viruses because antibiotics are specialised in a way that they work only on bacteria....Because antibiotics are made by studying the body design of bacteria..
