Ink dropper consists of a tube with a hole at the end and a bulb at the other end.
When you keep it in ink and press the bulb, you push out some air.
Due to the dipping of it in ink, some ink gets into the tube.
When you release the bulb, a vacuum gets created at the region of the bulb.
Due to the immense air pressure at the surface of ink,the ink gets pushed into the empty space also.
This is how it works!
Due to the small hole and the large pressure outside the tube than inside, the ink doesn't go out.
And again when you press the bulb, the ink goes out.

When you squeeze the rubber top on the dropper you squeeze the air out. Then when you put the tip into the liquid and stop squeezing the top, the low pressure inside sucks up the liquid. ... The liquid is held in by the lower pressure in the tube than the external atmospheric pressure.

Hope it helps u ☺
