Asexual reproduction in yeast takes place through budding.
Yeast can put out small buds that seperate and grow further.
In budding, a all part of the body of the parents grows out as a 'bud' which then detaches and becomes a new organism. When fully mature, the bud detaches itself from the parent body and develops as into new independent individuals.
