Your answer :----

As the altitude increases, atmospheric pressure decreases. This is due to the fact that air molecules are constantly being pulled downwards (towards the center of the Earth) by Gravity. So, air molecules are tightly packed near the surface of the earth, compared to some higher altitude.

Hope it helps you

Pressure with Height: pressure decreases with increasing altitude. The pressure at any level in the atmosphere may be interpreted as the total weight of the air above a unit area at any elevation. At higher elevations, there are fewer air molecules above a given surface than a similar surface at lower levels.
That is why; we can say that the pressure exerted by our body is more than the pressure outside on higher altitude which causes are breathing difficult and sometimes nose bleeding can also occur
