how does attraction of atoms between the two surfaces affect friction. I want to know about the force of attraction, not smoothness of surface or area of contact etc. I need a valid answer please. will mark best answer as brainliest​

and they keep on getting attracted unless a certain amount of force breaks their contact. this attraction is friction.
