bile juice which is secreted by liver is being helped in the process of emulsification of fat. this is happened like this:-

we know that the digestion of fat  occur in the small intestine .there pancreatic juice with an help of bile help to digest fat. the bile juice breakdown the large globules of fat and break them into simpler one. now the pancreatic juice easily act on it and thus complete the digestion of fat. that"s how the bile help in emulsification of fat.
