Binary fission :

Two daughter cells are produced from the single parent cell.It is splitting of single cell into two halves. It needs favourable conditions.Cytoplasm divide after each nuclear division .

Multiple fission:

Two or multiple daughter cells are produced from the single parent cell.It can occur in unfavourable conditions also. Cytoplasm  does not divide after each nuclear division .Example: Plasmodium and amoeba.

hope it's helpful :)
