Answer:

When you decide to move, the motor cortex sends an electrical signal through the spinal cord and peripheral nerves to the muscles, causing them to contract. ... Muscles move body parts by contracting and then relaxing. Muscles can pull bones, but they can't push them back to the original position.

(How does our body move)

Well, the question is not that difficult. Its a common question which comes to our mind anytime. To know that point just have a look to my answer.

Our body have different types of muscle. So, we cannot move all the body part, as different body parts have different kind of muscles. We have to move to express our needs, thoughts, wants, ideas and emotions. There are many body parts which can completely move (like - Gallbladder, Kidneys, Stomach etc. ) and some body parts can move partially (like - neck, fingers, wrist etc.) Ball and socket joints helps the leg to move in all directions. A very important thing is that muscles move on commands from the brain.

 Hope that helps you !!!
