Coal Burning destroys the Earth by following ways:
- Coal is one of the non-renewable energy resources which produces and a greenhouse gas while the burned mass reacts with oxygen in the presence of air.
- Increased emission of greenhouse gas becomes the cause for global warming which in turn leads to environmental threats such as ozone depletion, rise in seawater level, etc.
- In addition to this, coal also releases an enormous amount of Sulphur Oxides and Nitrogen Oxides in the atmosphere which reacts with water content in the cloud to form respective acids of and leads to acid rain and thus the freshwater resources gets acidified.
