how does cake become fluffy when the yeast is added into it?
Explain the process involved in it​

yeast is a fungi and fermented thing which is put in water for few minutes

The cake becomes fluffy because yeast reacts with the sugar present in it causing it to ferment.

this fermentation gives rise to carbon dioxide which makes gets trapped in the cake and air bubbles give rise to that fluffiness.

this process is known as fermentation which takes place in the presence of fungi.

Here yeast is that fungi.
