In Convex mirror, irrespective of object distance, image is always produced as diminished, virutal and erect image. hence changing the position of object distance does not effect the image properties like size and nature.

Changing the distance of an Object from a convex mirror does not leads to a major change in the shape and size of the object.

This is all because the image formed by a convex mirror is always very small or rather Diminished.
