Communication means transferring information from one end to the other end. Communication is both verbal and non-verbal. When human beings get involved in this give and take transaction it is helpful for both of them.  

Effective communication is helpful in solving problems. It is effective in building trust with others. Productivity is improved. It also promotes team building. With effective communication people feel confident. They become more positive in approach.

With better communication better world can be created. Hence, communication helps in improving human beings’ world.

'Communication' is a process of 'sending and receiving information' among people. Communication facilitates the dissemination of knowledge and relationships between individuals. Communication first helps to disseminate information and knowledge amongst people.  Therefore, the basis for all human relationships is interaction. At first strangers begin to talk and get to know each other and when they have more contact and communication, they develop relationships.

The bond is reinforced because of a more personal understanding and appreciation of the other person.

When a manager establishes policies, procedures and processes to manage a team effectively, the employees need not consistently come to the manager because they know what to do already. You can for instance upload work methods such as checklists to ensure compliance on the job, when you run some retail shops.
  • Also an on-board e-learning protocol can be developed to make any new employee autonomous. Great leaders use their interaction as a tool to inspire their followers and empower them. When leaders are effective in two-way communication and ready to make changes, these skills produced greater empowerment. Empowerment necessitates extra energy and effort from others (followers). When there is less trust in others, followers resist empowerment.
