How does cytokinesis in plant cells differ from that of animal cell?

it is helping in cell division and are present at the site of MERISTAMETic tissue

Cytokinesis in animals happens by splitting of the cell into two daughter cell wheras in a plant cells cytokinesis happens by formation of cell wall in the center
