Decius was very clever and well educated person and he knows that Caesar wanted to hear his praise ,due to this he taken advantage of this by saying that Calipurnia dream was wrongly interpreted rather happy roman will come and wash there hand by the blood of Caesar and take aspirations from him and his fame will be spread over all rome and everybody will inspire him Thud on listening this he was convinced to do so.,.....
