when deforestation occurs it means cutting of the forest and trees so it will directly cause more soil erosion floods in that area ,gradually the soil becomes less fertile lakes in organic matter thanks affects the lithosphere also the due to which was getting purified by the forest and trees is also not now not purified so it is directly affect on the atmosphere and will change the levels of different gases in the atmosphere

Due to deforestation

• Soil erosion will take place (lithosphere)

• Water retention ability of the soil

decreases (lithosphere)

• Concentration of CO2 ( Carbon Dioxide ) will increase in the atmosphere .
