1)trees will hold the soil tightly , if they r not there theere will be the chances of soil erosion ans its property will change

2)if there is no forest animals cannot survive as it is their home , they get food there etc

3)deforestation also causes acid rain which causes the change in pH of the soil and animals will suffer a lot because of this kind of rain , if the plants and animals r effected it is the direct impact on the biodiversity
