Democracy enables people to do what they believe in, what is right according  to them. A positive change is when people work together to bring about turns that are beneficial to the individual as well as the community as a whole. Democracy enables the analysis of discrepancies- when one selfish man turns up, democracy allows the citizens to revert him. citizens have the liberty to practise what is essential to their society as they know their environment more than the people of authority; hence bringing a positive change.
