democracy is a form of government which is elected by the people , the people elects their representatives and the party with the most votes or representatives wins . the Parliament is a place where all the MPs sit and discuss the decision to be taken (in star assembly also it happens)
the quality of decision making is improved as their are more than one head in a democracy , everyone has a right to say/keep his/her opinion ,due to this feature of democracy there is less or no chances of mistakes in a democracy , moreover there is a opposition which questions the ruling govt. about the faults in the decision that they are going to take and then the ruling party either satisfies the assembly or corrects the fault
due to this feature there is less or no chances of mistakes and thus , improving the quality of decision making
hope this helps
