It improves the quality of decision making because if any decision taken by the ruling party is wrong, the opposition party can interfere and correct it. The decision is taken after discussing with all the members. If the decision taken is wrong, the people can protest. People have the option of selecting the leader, whom they believe that they will take correct decision.

Democracy improves decision-making
Democracy indeed does improve decision-making in my opinion. The democratic process is one in which the will of the people is expressed in free and open elections where they choose leaders that best represent their interests. Such clear choices send a signal to leaders what it is the people want, and can make the appropriate decisions accordingly
