Decision making in a democraty is a slow process. In a dictatorship decisions are passed in a quick time, but the decision may not be favourable for the citizens. But in a democracy the decision making is a slow process, but eventually it will be beneficial for a majority of citizens. So the time that is consumed will definitely results the decision in a good way. Thus democracy improve the quality of decision making
