politicians and opposition have right to speak what the ruling party is missing in a decision.

ruling party has to answer for their faults and decision if it is beneficial for the country or not.

democracy is based on consultant and discusion. A democracy decision always involves many persons, discussion and meetings.....thus the lengthy process of taking decision on any important issue in democracy improve the quality of the decision
