due to disguised unemployment and seasonal unemployment . IN disguised unemployment if we need 5 people and the people are working are more than 5.But no increase in the work. EXAMPLE: if an agriculture field need 1 person but there are working 2 than also no increase in the production .

IN seasonal unemployment when the season of work is completed than their is no work that they can do . EXAMPLE: a farmer is having work of rabi season and when the rabi season is finished than they are free and they do any other work.

DISGUISED AND SEASONAL UNEMPLOYMENT WAS MAIN SEEN IN PRIMARY SECTOR . EXAMPLE: AGRICULTURE ,etc.
