Dietary Fibres are found in abundance, but, still most of our American population are not getting enough of it. They are present in cereals, oats, wheat grains, vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, and all other which are obtained from plants or trees or fruits, etc. Those who have high intake of fibre and consume more regularly have a lower risk of constipation rather than other people who have diets of little to no fibres which have higher risks of constipation, hemorrhoids and even risk of diverticulosis and diverticulitis (inflammatory bowel disease or outpouchings) in the regions of colon and large intestine. Taking fibre and water regularly makes retention of water and bowels go smoother. Fibre is the only resource for making colon cells more effective in water reabsorption, hence maintaining the working for digestive system as it also helps in lubricating the colon and making the transition more faster and smoother. Fibres produce bloating or stomach bloating and produce excessive gas when the dietary intake is exceeded, so, consumptions of fluids as well as fibres do a perfect cordial for maintaining a healthy digestive system and also prevents the risk of colon cancer. The promotion of good bacteria are done by fibres and it also controls the desire for food and hence maintains the risk of obesity. Since, it prevents colon cancer and prevents the inflammation of or infections it is also recommended as a weapon to protect the immune system. So, in all, it boasts of a permanent resolution for a good and healthy digestive system.

Answer;- eating a diet rich in fiber and drinking of water maintain healthy digestive tract by
=> we can make our whole body as well as digestive tract by taking healthy meal that is home made .we should get both soluble fibres as well as insoluble fibres.we should limit high fat containing fibrous food and all.choose meat which is lean.eat food in correct time ..and should take correct exercise ..drink lots and lots of water ..
