education makes a person to do wrong things also,like a well educated scientist can use his knowledge to make a dangerous bomb which lead to the destruction of country and prove very harmful and other scientist use his knowledge to do useful discoveries which leads to the development of country.
so, simply moral and qualitative education is necessary. education really mean to study things for noble purposes.
