How does education need to change to accommodate everyone?

Education, learning, teaching, studying are not pleasant, enjoyable, fun, to any life form on Earth. It is work and skill, that requires practice, time, discipline. It is like riding a bicycle or playing the piano. The only problem is that education is not one isolated thing. Education involves all of life, every facet and helps define your future.
Education is not a thing or commodity. One size does not fit all. However all educations requires certain minimum conditions. Education is not given to someone. Education is presented, taught, shown to others. It is only one part of 2 parts of the educational process. The second part is learning. Likewise, learning is not a thing or commodity it is a process. Putting teaching and learning processes together with the necessary materials make a product called "educated".
