how does electrical conductivity of a semiconductor change with temperature ? why ? give me a answer one or two sentences​

With Raise in Temperature...Conductivity of Metals and Semiconductors DECREASES..

Because..Ions on heating Gains Kinetic Energy..So they are unable to Conduct Electricity..As ions keeps moving..
