How does embryo of grass is different from embryo of bean?

Embryo of grass has only one cotyledon i.e, it is a monocotyledon whereas embryo of bean has two cotyledons i.e., it is a dicotyledon.

because beans embroy growa to plant and need way more energy thant small grass i m not 100% sure
