CH3COOH+Na2CO3 ------ CH3COONa + CO2+ H2O

the ethanoic acid also known as acetic acid produces sodium acetate ,water with evolution of CO2 gas on reacting with sodium hydrogen carbonate .

On reacting with sodium carbonate the products will be same that is sodium acetate ,water with evolution of CO2 gas .

eqn.

CH3COOH + NaHCO3 ----- CH3COONa + CO2 + H2O

CH3COOH + Na2CO3 ------CH3COONa + H2O + CO2

I have mentioned sodium hydrogen carbonate and sodium carbonate instead of hydrogen carbonates and carbonates as mentioned in your question..

hope it helps you...
