evaporation is the change of state of liquid into gas . it depends on temperature,wind speed, humidity ,surface area .when evaporation occurs then the liquid absorbs all the heat from its surroundings or the particles absorbs the heat energy and we feel cool .if the temperature and wind speed is high then the rate of evaporation will be high and if its low then the rate of evaporation will be low . if the surface area is wider then the liquid will get evaporated fastly as it will cover the whole surface. humidity means the amount of moisture environment contains .if the humidity is high the rate of evaporation will be low because the environment contains enough moisture so it cant take more water vapours in it and if the humidity is low the rate of evaporation will be high as the environment will absorb the liquid like sweat in summer
