How does evaporation cause cooling ? Explain with an example?

evaporation causes cooling because it takes all latent heat present in the substance to get evaporated and soon the medium becomes cool. and causes cooling

example -when acitone fall in our palm and evaporate we feel cool because it take it heat from surronding and gives us cooling effect
