the Po₂ of the oxygenated blood is 95 and the tissues is 40 , and PCO₂ of the oxygenated blood is 40 and the PCO₂  of tissues is 45  so due to high  partial pressure of oxygen and low partial pressure of CO₂ at blood and high PCO₂and low PO₂  oxygen goes from the blood to the tissues and carbon dioxide from the tissues to the blood
