in green plant, the carbon dioxide released during respiration get utilised during photosynthesis. oxygen is a byproduct generated during photosynthesis, and exit through stomata, root cell walls, and other routes.••••••• plants also create some waste substances into the soil around them.

the answer is that plants excreate through stomata , the tree stem in the form of latex (rubbe in rubber plant ) etc.
