Famine means when there is a shortage of food and other basic needs like housing sanitation or water facilities.

So when a person does not have these things how can he survive. Because these are the necessity of survival

So unfortunately without food and other things people used to die and we can say that famine lead to deaths.

Some examples like in China because of great famine many leads to death. But not in India because we have corporation and our rule

famine occurs due to faulty agricultural methods and excessive use of insecticides and pesticides which make the soil infertile. as the soil loses it's fertility it cannot grow any crops which will lead to deficiency of fruits,vegetables and food in the market.people who used to depend on the food grow will not get food to eat and try to survive as much as they can in hungry stomach and finally when their body becomes incapable of staying hungry they die.

#by this we can say that Famine leads to death.
