while writing u obviously need to hold a pen or pencil.
so while holding friction is produced between your fingers and the pencil/pen which thus helps u in writing.

while walking also friction is produced between your feet or the stuff you r wearing on it like sandals and the ground.friction helps u to get a good grip on the ground so that u can walk properly.

and i think for chewing friction is produced between your teeth and food.and i think due to friction heat is produced which gets mixed up with saliva and food particles so that it can become a paste.Hope it helps u!
