Robert Frost uses the ordinary elements of nature to bring out the theme in most of his poems. Therefore, one can consider him to be a practical poet.

i) The commonly mentioned birds in most poems are swallows, larks, nightingales etc. A crow is rarely used to bring out the main theme. A crow is commonly used to denote ugliness, evil etc.
