Relation of Ahimsa to Satyagraha by Gandhi:

Satyagraha literally means the hold of the truth. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi employed this meaning with the philosophy of non-violence as Ahimsa.

Explanation:

He provocated the ideology that hold of the truth must be gained through non-violent terms as truth speaks for itself. That is why Satyagraha was philosophically related to Ahimsa.

He even believed and preached that the weapon as strong as Satyagraha is not the possession of a weak, and the one who itself is strong do not need to raise a physical weapon.
