How does gaseous exchange take place in earthworms,fish ?

In earthworms gaseous exchange takes place through skin. In fishes respiration occurs through gills.

Oxygen and carbon dioxide dissoved in water and fishes exchange them by means of their gills and  in earthworms gases exchange took place through skin.
