Assertive, confident, and dominante are just some of the characteristics associated with leadership, yet when we think of employees that have those trait we generally tend to think of men.

Only some of the Women's build up the confidence and work up but many things affect like decreased number a little confidence may be observed ..
It is only because our society's is still having makes as the dominant member.
