Global warming is phenomenon relating to the rising temperature of collective earth and it gives rise to holes in ozone layer
. The reason of increased sea water level is that due to high temperature, the glaciers present in the sea are melting.
The melting water is then present in the sea in form of added water giving rise to increased sea level.
