Glucose is the simplest form of carbohydrate i.e energy. In a healthy body, after eating, food breaks down into smaller form in order to release energy. But in unhealthy body, this breakage gets slower as digestion affected due to illness. Glucose instantly mixes in blood inside body as it is already ready in soluble form and releases energy to recover.
