How does haemozoin affect the human body when released in blood during material infection

I’m sure you mean ‘malarial’.

Haemozoin is a toxic compound released by the RBCs while getting destructed by the malarial protozoan trophozoites. It causes fever in the body and activates the Immune system to fight against the protozoa.
