Define the following:

Resultant vector
The single vector which has the combined effect of all the vectors to
be added is called as “resultant vector”.

Torque
Turning effect of force is called as torque.

Centre of mass
The point in a body at which whole mass in concentrated. When force is applied on this point the body moves along the force without rotation.

Centre of gravity
The point in a body where whole weight of the body seems to be acting is called as Centre of gravity.
