If a person is healthy in a family. He or She devote more time to their work and have more strength, energy and stamina to do their work. They are more efficient and productive in their work. The growth and progress of the country is also increased. The person get educated.

It is easily acceptable when health is said to be a consequence of a developed country. Quite obviously, a country with proper income and economic growth would provide its citizens with a healthy lifestyle.
Howsoever, the other argument which is often shadowed under the former, states that good health is instrumental in development of a country. This is but equally true according to the recent research and reports. After conducting intensive research works and surveying a number of countries, the researches came across several observations which gave an idea that a healthy population deeply influenced the income growth and economic development of a country.
The following results were proposed:-
1. A healthy childhood would provide a better opportunity for mental, physical and cognitive development of a child. This would lead to a better learned individual in future.
2. A healthy lifestyle would decrease significantly the expenses incurred on medicines, drugs and surgeries. This would lead to better saving and eventually high- standards of living.
3. A healthy worker would require less sick leaves, will be able to render quality work and service and hence be more productive.
These are a few observations that show how good health is instrumental in the development of a country.
