We can't really say that Hormonal changes cause intolerance among youth because there's no scientific evidence upon it.
Intolerance can cause due to several reasons ranging economic, social and political conditions to upbringing of children in society, media which bombards them with views and info that young minds can hardly judge, lack of value development, peer pressure, drug abuse, and other lots of things.
Intolerance has become kind of prevalent among youth where different individuals become immensely intolerant and fuel out their own narrow perspectives and refuse to accept or believe others perspectives.The large youth population in India should be rather lively and understand social and economical issues to build a strong and developed nation in future.
Effects of intolerance on individuals and the society.
- The individual is more prone to engage in violence, crime and discrimination.
- It will prevent the individual to live in equality or form good relations with other people in the society whom he doesn't tolerate.
- Extreme cases of intolerance can even lead to riots, severe violence, death and breakdown of law and order in the society leading to destruction of a peaceful environment between people.
- Intolerance will lead to conflict and destroy bonds off cordial relations and coexistence among different groups of society. People will be unwilling to live with each other.
- It may affect the creativity instincts of the youth.
Youth is a very important part of a nation who'll shape and influence a better future. Education system and better parenting techniques can play a major role in providing ways for societal transformation. thus education should just not be limited to classroom experiences and textbooks only but different ways of learning should be used to make a better race of mankind and provide a broader perspective to kids.
