Hydrogen bonding is intermolecular bonding means it exist in between 2 molecules of water it usually occur when there are Hydrogen and some highly Electronegative element like Oxygen nitogen in which hydrogen of one molecule is attracted by oxygen of other molecule and this makes molecules to held together strongly hence water's boiling point is high
