Answer: So basically your bodies' natural defenses which are the white blood cells fight against various diseases and infections to protect your body. When you take vaccines you insert a weaker form of the virus to trigger the growth of antibodies. This ensures that in the future, when a virus or infection enters your body, your body knows how to fight it and get rid of it. I explained as simply as possible.
