The Indian constitution protects the rights of women and children by providing them certain privileges such as reservation etc .
There are laws to ensure equality among men and women . Awareness is being spread about the issue .
The Indian constitution lays some fundamental rights which maintain the equality and democracy among all sections of the society .
The masses are also made aware of their fundamental rights so that they are not being violated .
The fundamental right known as Right to constitutional remedies gives the opportunity to all to voice their concern to the court or judiciary if their rights are violated . In this way rights of all the sections are protected.
