How does Indian media distract the people from faults of government?
Answers
Answer:
Many of India's esteemed and popular media outlets and news houses have at least a small degree of bias towards one particular political party, or has some type of religious or regional sensitivity.
Therefore, media outlets aligned with those in power often try to shift the blame from the government and blame the failures of previous governments instead of highlighting the failures of the current administration.
Hence, the falsification of information by media, and shifting of blame towards the opposition or towards some particular groups not only presents a sugar-coated version of the government, but may even instill communal and regional hatred in pockets of the country, which undermines the very spirit of national integration of India.
